Return and Exchange Policy /Guarantee
Non-custom items may be exchanged within 10 days and must be in original condition.
There are absolutely no refunds. Custom orders are not returnable. Merchandise
being returned because of personal damage will only be fixed at customer’s
expense. Please read the care section of the bag to be aware of the terms and
care. All buyers must initial terms before order is placed.
Delivery
All ground shipping within the US will be charged at current UPS rates. If requested, items can be
overnighted at customer’s expense as well as international shipments.
Custom bags usually take between 6 – 8 weeks turnaround time. You will
be notified in advance if your order will take longer before transaction is
made.
