Custom Orders
You choose the size and then the color and place the order. Terms of care must
be initialed when order is placed. Custom bags are identified by a metal tag
on the inside of the bag, bearing the words “created especially for (with
the customer’s name)” and the date of creation. Ready made items
will not carry this special tag. Return and Exchange Policy /Guarantee
Non-custom items may be exchanged within 10 days and must be in original condition.
There are absolutely no refunds. Custom orders are not returnable. Merchandise being returned because of personal damage will only be fixed at customer’s expense. Please read the care section of the bag to be aware of the terms and care. All buyers must initial terms before order is placed.
